exclusive commercial service provider for Homeowners Association communities
throughout Southern California. Our Corporate offices are located in Chino,
California, with branches opening in the near future in Orange and Los Angeles
Our Mission is to be Southern California’s Premier commercial Pool & Spa Care, Janitorial
Services, Fountains & Water Features Maintenance, and Repair and Remodeling
services are our specialty, presently serving more than 300 HOA’s throughout
Southern California. We partner with management companies and community
Board of Directors to develop comprehensive service plans to meet your
community’s individual service needs.
We are fully licensed and bonded and are members of C.A.I. (Community Association Institute), N.S.P.I. (National Swimming Pool Institute), and S.P.E.C. (California Spa and Pool Industry Education Council).

For more than 30 years I have been blessed to work in the aquatics industry first as a lifeguard and swim instructor, later becoming a lifeguard and water safety trainer, as a swimming and water polo coach for more than ten years, and prior to founding Cal-Swim, as the Aquatics Programming and Facility Director for San Dimas Swim and Racquet Club.
Over the past 30 years I have gained a wealth of knowledge working in the aquatics industry and today instead of coaching swimmers and water polo players I am coaching our service and repair and remodeling staff on how to best provide for the service needs for the communities that we serve. Although I am no longer in the spotlight I am still actively engaged in the daily operations assisting with operations oversight, the ongoing training of staff, and in the creation of management tools such as our Annual Preseason Maintenance Reports which identifies the short and long term equipment, maintenance, and structural needs are for our Homeowner Association clients.
Our service staff is comprised of 35 full time men and women from diverse backgrounds but all united in our common goal which is to deliver a superior service product and to set the industry standard for Homeowner Association services throughout Southern California.

develop long lasting partnerships with the communities we serve. Our
promise to our customers is to deliver superior service products and to
actively pursue “Customer Satisfaction” while maintaining the highest of
ethical standards and business practices. Our successes to date have not
